How we deliver modern SAP projects.
1. Discover
We start with the problem, not the technology. A short discovery phase to understand the business outcome, the current SAP landscape (S/4HANA on-prem or cloud, BTP setup, existing extensions), and the constraints we're working within. We don't propose a stack until we've understood the shape of the work.
2. Design Clean Core
Every solution is designed to keep the SAP core clean. Side-by-side extensions on BTP where it makes sense, in-stack extensions via the RAP model where it doesn't. Upgrades stay safe; future-you doesn't inherit a tangled mess.
3. Build in short cycles
We work in two-week iterations with working software at the end of each. No big-bang delivery, no six-month silence. You see progress every fortnight and can change direction without losing months of work.
4. Ship to production
Automated CI/CD pipelines from day one — git workflows, transport automation, and zero-downtime deployments. Going to production is a routine event, not a quarterly milestone.
5. Hand over cleanly
Every engagement ends with a clean handover — documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer to your team. We want you to own and extend what we built, not be locked into us forever.
